RETURN & REFUND POLICY

FOODCHAIN is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If our products don’t meet your expectations, you may return them within thirty (30) days for a refund. You only need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to product quality issues.
Cancellation
FOODCHAIN accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days after approval.
If the order has already been processed, a reasonable processing and interception fee (up to USD [*] per order) may be deducted to cover the costs incurred during the interception of the order.
We cannot cancel orders after shipment. If your order has shipped, you may instead initiate a return in accordance with this policy.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return your units within thirty (30) days for any reason. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is related to product quality.
You may arrange the return shipment yourself, or we can provide a return shipping label, with the charge deducted from your refund.
Return shipping from areas beyond the contiguous 48 states may incur additional charges.
Returns must include all accessories.
FOODCHAIN will bear the return shipping costs for product quality problems. Customers must cover shipping on returns unrelated to quality issues.
All products should be cleaned prior to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be charged a $50 cleaning fee.
Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements. If a return is rejected, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after FOODCHAIN receives the device. For debit or credit card payments, refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
If you purchased a FOODCHAIN product through a third-party retailer, please coordinate the return directly with that retailer.
New Additions to the Return & Refund Policy

Warehouse Receipt Required for Refund Completion
A return is considered complete only after the returned parcel is received, signed for, and checked in by our warehouse. Refund processing will begin once warehouse confirmation is completed. -
Orders Without Free Shipping (Orders That Include a $5.99 Shipping Fee)
For orders that originally included a $5.99 shipping charge, the following refund rules apply:
a. Customer returns the product at their own cost
Only the product cost will be refunded.
The original $5.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.
b. Customer returns using a FOODCHAIN-provided return label
The original $5.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.
The return label cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.
c. Package is not delivered and is returned-to-sender
The original $5.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.
The return-to-sender shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
This applies even if the product was never signed for. -
Orders with Free Shipping
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the following rules apply:
a. Customer returns the product at their own cost
FOODCHAIN will issue a full refund of the product price.
b. Customer returns using a FOODCHAIN-provided return label
The return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Instruction
For product quality issues, please email return@foodchain4pet.com to initiate the return process. Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED TO FOODCHAIN'S DESIGNATED RETURN ADDRESS.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to your original payment method. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete address or other shipping issues, and we are unable to contact the customer after three attempts, a refund will be issued with the shipping costs deducted. Reshipment is not available under these circumstances. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.
Modifications
FOODCHAIN reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State of California]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State of California].
